Central Heating:

 

The underfloor heating and all radiators will come on automatically during the following times:

6am - 10am

1pm - 3pm

6pm - 9pm

 

Bedrooms - will come on for an additional hour at 2am - 3 am.

 

Kitchen living area - Please do not touch this screen  (as shown below). This is pre-set and can be remotely changed by me

(NB - If you need to alter these timings, please text me and I can remotely make the adjustments very quickly - NO PROBLEM!)

 

Utility - Please lightly touch the power button (Bottom left) when you arrive (Or any time you are in the property!) This will switch the power on and put the underfloor on in the Utility. This is also pre-set when switched on.

 

 

 

 

 

Electric Fire in the Kitchen/living area:

 

This can be switched on manually from the dial on the right hand side as shown below.

NB - you can have the light on with no heating power if you move the top dial to the flame.
